analysis
We investigate and study the entire manufacturing process of the company to offer our customers a complete team that meets all of their expectations. We drove to the customer’s premises to a study in situ. So the final outcome of the bid submitted meets their demands and have a good return on investment. Once done the analysis will proceed to the design phase of the project.
design
Once the project has been started and according to the preliminary analysis, our technical department draws up the plans and requirements necessary to achieve all regulations on safety and risk prevention relating to the installation which will be incorporated. It also determines what will be the most suitable such as engines, tires and electronic equipment, which will make the final installation accomplish all benefits agreed with the client computers.
manufacture
Daily control teams under construction fit and accomplish the requirements reflected in the construction plans. We verify that the parts we receive from our external suppliers adapt and fit perfectly to the machines which are to be incorporated. This quality control we have implemented avoid potential compatibility issues before finishing the machine therefore that errors are detected in time and we can react to solve them.
test bench
The facilities we make are made up of different teams that linked together make up the whole project. In this way we ensure that once completed they are individually tested to finish assembling and checking the whole workshop fulfill the role for which they have been designed before shipment.
assembly
Our services include the complete final assembly, both mechanical and electrical machinery. We control and manage the final programming to leave equipment running at full capacity. For this reason we have highly qualified technicians with all the permits and requirements established by the law on prevention of occupational hazards.
maintenance
In case the final customer request we also have an after-sales service. In this way we establish together with the customer an annual calendar of periodic check to ensure that the facilities accomplish with all the requirements for which has been created. So we can avoid unnecessary shutdowns caused for any malfunction with the aim of provides maximum service life.
